I thought I would be the last person in the world to do so. Now that I have (and I've been going regularly for the last 12 months or so), it now feels a natural/normal part of life. There's gym here called "24 Hour Fitness," but the locker room was crowded and the showers scummy. <I>Blech!</I> It just was so uncomfy. That was many years ago.<BR/><BR/>Our community hospital sponsors a fitness club that also provides physical therapy for their patients.
